Night Photography with Colin Chatfield

Meet at Avonlea Heritage Museum and watch famous Saskatchewan photographer, Colin Chatfield's presentation about night photography. Afterward, we will be hiking to the Avonlea Badlands to shoot the night sky. All this for only $50/person. Bring a flashlight or headlamp, tripod, camera capable of long exposures, and appropriate clothing. You must be able to carry your gear 2 kilometres. Night Photography with Colin Chatfield

Learn about taking photographs at night with famous Saskatchewan photographer Colin Chatfield. This two hour class explains the process of night photography.  Then we hike into the Avonlea Badlands to catch the milky way from a picturesque near-dark sky location.  Please bring a camera capable of long exposures, a tripod and a flashlight or headlamp (preferred).
