Market Days
Every Saturday All Summer
Market Days are back. Starting June 14th, 2025 and occurring every Saturday until August 30th. Come down to the museum from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm to browse the wide variety of vendors selling produce, baking, handmade goods, plants, and so much more. Enjoy a BBQ lunch, snacks, and cold drinks sold by the museum staff and volunteers. There is something fun for everyone to do on these Summer Saturdays.
A Night at the Museum

Take a step back in time and have a drink at the Grand Re-Opening of the King George Hotel! Avonlea Heritage Museum is inviting you to come and view the hard work made possible with your donations and to make an investment in the future of our Mainstreet display. Alcoholic cocktails will be served. Optional dress-code and theme: 1910s attire
Show N' Shine
August 9th, 2025
Back again for the 10th year, our collectable car show will be Saturday, August 9th, 2025 from 10am-4pm. Bring your cars, trucks, tractors, buggies, and anything else that rolls out for the day. Prizes for all entries, and people’s choice awards. Market vendors will be set up in the yard, along with games and other activities for the whole family. Lunch will be served by the museum volunteers along with snacks and drinks
